Mentoring

If you are already asking yourself questions about your journey through the world, it means that you have already set out on this journey pf knowledge, whether you know it explicitly or not.

If you have arrived here, on this site, your journey has probably already begun.

And yet: who is the traveler? Where is the journey leading? How will it unfold?

The answer to these questions is rarely obvious, although it sprouts somewhere deep within each and every one of us.

If you have come to me, you should know that I cannot provide you with the answer, because I do not know it. As a matter of fact the only person who knows it is you. But I can help you by asking the most appropriate questions so that you can find out what your strength is, what you have already done, what you are truly interested in and how you can get to the point where you are truly interested in.

I will not be your simple coach, because you do not need a simple coach. If you came here, you probably need a bigger leap and what you want is deeply rooted in you – so mere encouragement is not enough.

I know what it means to be here and from my own experience I can tell you that you need more than the usual encouragement provided by a typical coach: you need the clarity and experience of a mentor, who, respecting your present integrity and your desire for deeper integrity, knows how to address the deepest layers of your being.

I have my own experience in psychological and spiritual quests, and I perfected my dialogue technique at the Solution Surfers School, which is based on solution-focused brief therapy, the most direct approach in current psychotherapy.

It is by definition a short intervention and starts from the idea that the solution lies with the person asking the question. This person holds both the key and the method to achieve his or her goals. But these keys are simply lost somewhere inside, so the only help the person really needs is a little help to find them.

So, as a mentor, I will ask questions and will open doors for you to find the answer yourself. The fact that I can see the whole picture from multiple spiritual perspectives is an advantage that I offer for your own quest.
